Vegetable Meat Loaf

1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 egg
1 medium fresh tomato
1 medium onion, cut in pieces
sprig of parsley
1 stalk of celery, cut in pieces
small amount of green pepper
1 carrot, cut in pieces

Place tomato into blender.  Add egg and blend for a few seconds.
Add remaining veggies and blend until fairly smooth.
Empty blender contents into bowl and mix well with ground beef.
Season with slat and pepper.
Form mixture into a loaf and place in shallow pan.
Spread with homemade ketchup.
Bake at 350 degrees oven for about one hour.
