We had to bring a Russian dish to a school event, and this is what I found. It was so, so good. Maybe not totally Russian, but Tanner could eat it and that is what is important!
Ingredients:
2 lbs grass fed beef stew meat
3 tbsp butter, ghee, or coconut oil
1/4 tsp mustard
1/4 tsp salt
1 medium onion, diced
5 cups chopped mushrooms
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp organic dijon mustard
1 cup bone broth
1 cup full fat coconut milk -homemade
1/2 cup grape juice
3 tbsp coconut flour
1. Put butter, ground mustard, salt, and beef into pan to brown.
2. Add onions, garlic, mushrooms, and dijon and cook until onions start to turn clear.
3. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for another 20-30 minutes until sauce reaches desired thickness.
