Italian Pot Roast

3/4 pound beef chuck roast
2 tomatoes, chopped
salt
pepper

1.  Sprinkle meat with slat and pepper
2.  Topped with chopped tomatoes
3.  Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours or until meat is tender.
